I was use ing my computer and the hard drive made some sounds and then it went to a blue screen. I treied getting microsoft to help and it didnt halp. I was wondering if I can fix this problem. It gives me a error and then shuts down and doesnt recoginze my hard drive.

You could also try a reformat with the system discs if you have them.
