Try this.

Start -> Run -> Type "regsvr32 ole32.dll" (without quotes and space between 32 and ole)

Hello,

Do as suggested below :

Please try the following steps.

1. Register the Iepeers.dll file. To do this, click Start, point to Run, and then type the following line:

regsvr32 IEPEERS.DLL

2. Click OK, Then Update your Script Engine Debugger trying the following link for your Operating System.

Windows 98, ME, NT:

Windows 2000 and XP:

3. Restart your PC to let these settings take an effect.

This should be all.

Let me know if this helps
