Yeah, PPC can give your constant visitor to your website. Amount is fixed for each and every keywords by Google but SEO Plays a very important part to built website with a good backlink and yes SEO take serveral months to get proper results. Keywords take much time to get optimized.

Ofcourse ppc gives you quick and better result but i still give preference to SEO due to its long term benefits.

SEO is always good. In a research it is found that 70% of viewers click on organic listing and only 30% click on paid one. Well it is a good option to fill the gap when seo has shown the result. Seo also gives reputation to your website.
