1.first of all we don't do keyword reaserch and after site is ready than we run for SEO. I mean lacking Due diligence

like choosing name of business : suppose you do not check business names in your locality or in same service area over the web. and if similar business name do exist than you are at a loss since some or most of traffic that should come to you, go to other similar name site(provided that they have done better SEO).

secondly, when buying domain names, either we don't include keywords in our domain name, and if we do, then we don't provide gap between keywords using -(recommended) or _(not recommended).

1. Black hat SEO: to increase site ranking some time we overdo some things, like keyword stuffing where web master stuffs meta tags with extraneous keywords in order to gain search engines attention.
