For : a short, practical diagnosis and priority fixes that go beyond the replies from and . This focuses on measurable changes that increase invite-to-hire ratio and avoids vague advice.

Recommended profile and portfolio checklist:

  • Clear title + 1-line value statement (what is delivered, for whom).
  • Professional photo, location/timezone, and realistic hourly rate tied to experience.
  • Three portfolio items with one-line outcomes (what problem was solved, tools used, client benefit).
  • Skill tags that match common search terms in the chosen niche (avoid listing everything).
  • Identity verification, samples or short case studies, and any relevant certificates or tests.

Proposal and outreach routine:

  • Read the posting and open with a single sentence that references a concrete requirement.
  • Give a 2–3 sentence plan: main steps, estimated time, and first milestone (fixed-price) or first week deliverable (hourly).
  • Attach or link to the single most relevant sample; keep the whole pitch short and client-focused.
  • Track and reuse a short template but always customize the first two lines to show attention.

How to diagnose where the problem lies:

  • High profile views but no invites: profile or portfolio needs stronger outcomes/keywords.
  • Invites but no hires: pricing, proposal clarity, or interview performance.
  • Hires but poor feedback: delivery or communication issues.

Safety and practical cautions:

  • Keep payments and milestones on-platform for protection.
  • Avoid blanket mass-applying; target jobs that explicitly match portfolio examples.
  • Early hires benefit more from demonstrable results than broad claims — aim for one clean, small project that can become a showcase.

Note: oDesk has since become part of the Upwork ecosystem; UI and features changed, but these core signals (profile, samples, tailored proposals, on-platform payments) remain decisive.

Tbh, by reading what you posted, I had no clue what you want to ask us about? I have a guess though.

Well it depends on many things. You're new to the site, so you haven't earned any reputation. Your grammar is, sorry bro, really bad. Think it or not, but it do make a big difference wether your grammar is good or not. People usually expect professional people to have at least a decent level of grammar.

But there's not much do to besides keep searching, improving your grammar and may look at smaller jobs in the beginning.

i am ready to help you sir but i am not getting what do you want to ask?
