How does this work wonders for you? How do you know that their directories are listed in Google and if so do they have high pageranks, are they relevant to your niche, are they high quality directories, do they get regulary updated, do they get edited and reviewed by editors and reviewers and do they have preserved link juice?

Othewise it won't do much nowadays... it might even hurt your SEO!
