today i checked my sites in google, there is no supplemental results, last week SERP's shows lot of supplemantal results.
What happen?
I think supplemental pages are all re-indexed by google :)

As observed, the visible "Supplemental results" flag vanished from Google around mid‑2007. As and noted, that was primarily a user‑interface change: Google stopped labeling pages as "Supplemental" in SERPs. This did not automatically mean every supplemental page was reindexed into the main index — it simply removed the public tag that identified those pages.
If any pages from a site truly disappeared from Google's index (not just the label), treat it as an indexing problem and diagnose it rather than assuming a mass reindex. Practical checks that work now and are still valid years later:
A quick note: site: query counts are approximate and not authoritative; rely on Search Console and URL Inspection for precise status. The label disappearing was a UI change; follow the checklist above if the result set for your domain actually changed.
