Hi, everyone. My company is removing USPS shipping from all of its sites, and we're curious as to what other sites that don't use USPS do when a customer requests a shipment to a P.O. Box. (I actually haven't been able to find any such sites).

Are there industry best practices? What examples have you seen? And, what do you think is the best way to go about handling this?

Thanks!

Fedex & UPS do what the postal service does with parcels to po boxes
they send a card to the box, and the box owner has to pick up the parcel from the nearest office

Many sites refuse delivery to postboxes
I had terrible trouble getting parcels to MilPo boxes

What are some of these sites? I'd like to have a look at them.

Thanks for your quick reply!
