The link above is to a really interesting article on corporate twitter tools that are available to help companies and organization better manager and track their twitter activity as well as discussions that may lead to sales or customer engagements. As I am trying to show one of my clients that value of twitter for businesses I am looking for tools to help me make the case. Has anyone used any of the tools discussed in this article and if so which do you recommend?

I have used both Radian6 and Techgigy. They are both very extensive and it is sue for strategy development and PR surveillance.
