I was on one of my Linkedin Forums and I saw a question about people who are using SocialText or SocialCast, both of which offer enterprise collaboration software for large companies and corporation who want to centralize all of their social media efforts and encourage collaboration.

Has anyone here used or seen a demo of either of these and what were your impressions? I ask because while these are enterprise products targeted at large companies I can easily see these two products offered in smaller versions to try to capture the larger companies in the SMB market. And if I am right I want to build a knowledgebase now because I know some of my clients will ask about them.
