Hi

I need some help!

We are a small business with around 15 people in the sales/ marketing/ customer service teams. We are looking to gain more visibility on what is happening from a social media perspective as we have a large number of sales coming direct from forums

Currently we have a customer service assistant mananging our social media sites and forums, however at the moment the process is very manual and he is having to log into each account maunally multiple times a day.

I know there is lots of options for monitoring the main site like facebook, twitter etc. What i am really struggling to find is a piece of software that can be used to monitor mulitple smaller niche forums (10-15) from a central dashboard. This software would also need to have the ability to record the thread and what is being written in response.

I am lost, so any help would be greatly appreciated

Ben

Is it beneficial to use tools or it can be a spammy activities.

It's not spammy, it's just very time consuming ( it's alot of time to think of a word or create a phrase )

People do pay good money for people who used these platform.

So it's good to learn it.

Are there free tools that I can use? I need to explore and learn how to use this stuff.

This is really good because this is not spammy.
