i think i might sell a product and provide some concession to costomers who submit their review. In this way site content will keep on updating(improving SEO) and this concession on review will also work as advertising campaign.

Which types of advertising you are looking for? there are off line and on-line..
Better you run with online over social media and search engines, if you are looking for instant result, then go for pay per click (google adwords, facebook marketing etc..)
