Finding templates

@ustelephone asked for simple, inexpensive templates for a tour-guide site and a small attorney site. @jandy's suggestion to search and @sreein1986's directory links are a reasonable start, but many older free directories contain table-based or ad-heavy designs that are not mobile-friendly. For long-term maintainability with limited Dreamweaver/HTML knowledge, prefer modern HTML5, responsive templates: conservative, typographic layouts for attorney sites and photo-first, gallery-capable templates for tour sites.

Practical resources and workflow: try HTML5 UP for minimal, easy-to-edit themes and Start Bootstrap for Bootstrap-based starters that integrate cleanly with Dreamweaver. For embeddable maps on tour pages consider Leaflet. Typical workflow: download and unzip the theme, open index.html in Dreamweaver, replace images in the images folder, change the site title and add the viewport meta tag <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1">, edit the main stylesheet (usually style.css), compress images, and test at multiple widths. If interactive pieces break, verify required JS files are included in the correct order (for example, jQuery before plugins).

Licensing and accessibility notes: always read the template license before commercial use and remove any unwanted third-party tracking or links.
