Can anyone give me an idea on how to get a spokesperson overlay on a site like this http://www.vdolife.com/

I know how to shoot and greenscreen the actor but how is it overlayed?

That is a flash file contain alpha video. And this is the concept which is already used for ads in many websites. You should make your published flash file to transparent so that it will not hide anything. Other things should be handled in DHTML or with JavaScript. I have not tried that. Just go thru the links provided you will get some idea
