I'm trying to correct an issue here with the many while attempting to streamline our billing portal with our site globally.

See screenshot, text is getting crushed and aligned to the top for some reason.

It should be like this:

The sub-menu with highlighted "web hosting" is the one I'm referring to. The strange thing is I'm pulling the same stylesheet from the site. There is obviously a conflict in code between the original stylesheet and the billing portal style/js possibly.

I just cannot figure out where the cause is.

have you tried setting a margin-top on the css?

No, because its pulling from the original css which works fine in the site itself but not within the portal.

I was able to trace the problem down to this js code that I copied and pasted from the original index of the site to the portal's header template:

Now, I have no idea why this is causing the problem. Not a js programmer, so any help is greatly appreciated.

Another thing I realized is the https is broken due to insecure objects at the order form:

However, I was unable to find any unsecured objects such as images or js. Maybe I've overlooked something?

This is very strange...I noticed that the left floating "feedback" button and the right floating "reviews" button, and also the right bottom Olark chat do not appear at all in the billing portal side of things. However, the code is exactly the same in the footer where it belongs (as is in the site globally which work fine).

Anyone possibly know what may cause this to happen?

As for the SSL error, I noticed this only happens in Chrome but not in IE nor Firefox. I did clear my cache, tried again but still there.

i looked at the webpage's source and the code is not the same. the div for the feedback, review, and chat are not in the billing part. have you tried adding them?
