Is it possible to have two wordpress blogs on the same domain and if so is it possible to use different themes?

You could install any number of wordpress themes on a single domain name, you would just need to install them to seperate folders and maybe set up sub domains. But the would each run individually, i have multiple wordpress blogs running from different environments to allow me to develop multiple wordpress themes for different clients at the same time.
