hi,

I'm doing a project which asks for an online recruitment website. I was wondering what exactly would be the best way to go about creating the matching side of this??
What I need to know is how exactly do these sites work... how would one go about matching potential candidates with a given job ad? Any help or discussion on the topic would be appreciated. thanks
