Hi, just joined here after hearing how good the help was!

I've just started having a problem with my MP3 Player, it is this one:

The problem is that I've deleted all the music off the player, yet it still says there is 394mb of used space, there are no files on it, does anyone know the problem/solution?

try to format the disk. does it have any media cards that you can put in?

Hi, I tried formatting it, it didnt work. It doesnt have any media cards either. Sorry this was delayed.
