u guys prolly heard the story millions of times so ill skip it. i dont have the cd to install my ethernet controller and idk where to download the file to burn to cd to install it on my other computer.

this may sound a bit nasty ,but not meant to ,But did you try the Dell web site .
Most Dells i worked on have a customer service # on the case ,for you to use on the Dell site.
