I had the same problem with my laptop. I sent it to The Computer Bros in Clearwater Florida. They just teamed up with AdvancedLaptopRepair.com and do laptop motherboard repair in the shop. They did mine while I waited but I was told that it usually takes a day or two. The number there is 727-748-8621
