my dell computer will turn on but a screen apears that says it was shut down while there was still a program running. the screen says i can either start it on safe mode or the last previous mode used. I tried both and it just returns to the screen in a few moments. I have no idea what to do!!! i dont want to have to reboot my entire computer but i dont knwo. Help please.

Have You Tried To Boot From Your Os (operating System Disk) And Do A Windows Repair If Not I Would Try That Let Me Know If That Works Good Luck

ummm, lets say that just turning on the computer is alrady hard. I have no idea what an operating system is or a windows repair, but i will google them and find out. Thanks for your help. If it works ill let you know
