Hi
I bought 80 gb IDE HD for celeron PC as secondary HD When i installed the hd it suppose to show the full volume of 80 gb but it was showing only 34gb. I thought this celeron PC may not support such big HD So I tried the same HD on Core 2 Duo PC But there also it is showing 34 Gb pls tell me how do i solve this problem
Thanks

Has either drive undergone a FDISK, FORMAT?

Check to ensure size limit jumper is not installed.

does it show the correct size in the BIOS. if yo got a cd with the drive use it to set up the drive to run an operating system
