Hi there,
is it possible to write a C# program that can scan for turned on mobiles bluetooth,
(i.e) when I run the program can show me a list of the names of mobile devices which are turning there bluetooth.

if yes,how much do I need to know about the bluetooth tech, and do I need a program on the mobile?
