Hi Everyone,
I am having trouble fixing my mothers pc.. A power surge has caused the computer to restart constantly it goes to a black screen with reboot, start normally etc, thing is any off these options have no effect and it goes to a blue screen with an error..
What im looking for is the easiest way to reboot or repair without loosing data please any help

try using a boot cd. maybe it might help.
system restore in safe mode is your first step ??
