I have a Lexmark X5470. Whenever I try to print the address on an envelope, the printer always does so portrait-style, despite the fact that I have my printer set to landscape-style. The envelopes are being loaded correctly. I've even tried switching to portrait, and it still does the same thing. I had this same problem with an older Lexmark I used to have. I've followed all the instructions (they're not that complicated), and my printer is still printing the address in the wrong place. Thanks for your help!
