when i plug in the mp3 player in any computer this comes out "USB DEVICE NOT RECOGNIZED"
i formated manualy but it stil does not recognizes it
befor i formated i was in possibility to listen music but not to transfer it from my pc
i allready have sonic stage 4.3
help anyone

When you buy a new piece of electronic gear the mfg. provides a sheet or booklet as to how to connect the device properly. Your response indicates that you've either lost it entirely or misplaced it. If the former, contact mfg. with the type of gear and mfg.'s model number for a new one or something that you can refer to online.
