this is the problem. my pc worked then it didn't. The green power light on the front comes on and the green light on the mother bourd comes on but nothing else happens. no boot up no cpu fan no power supply fan no dvd drive lights no nothing. not even any beeps or noises. has any body got any ideas.

The power supply should be the very first thing to work before anything else. Otherwise, you need to replace or repair it.

this is the problem. my pc worked then it didn't..
that is what usually happens to all broken computers.
i also say bad power supply
