i have a gateway 450rog and when i push the power button the power light comes on and then goes off and there is a orange light that flashes right above the power button...where do i start?

well i tryed th cord its fine ram is fine i was thinking it might be motherboard or cpu honestly

i had a Toshiba doing the same thing ,changed the cpu and power coard ,ram ,no different so we determined it to be motherboard and sold it for parts
