my computer was working fine from last year. Lately i substituted my psu to cooler master 500 w lately my machine reports an error of no post beep and monitor screen dead. when i remove my ide hdds my machine boots and later if i reconnect the IDE hdds the machine boots again but sometimes it troubles me with no post beep.
what i need to do

Be sure RAM memory is still ok. Memory gone sour can cause a plethora of erratic behavior making one look allover the place.
Case you have 2 RAM modules, remove 1 and see what happens. If its still there, swap it. If still the same, it's less likely it's RAM.
If either one solves the problem, the other RAM module has "lost it".
