I've had this problem. Ever since I upgraded my HDD my computer has been freezing up. Usually when I play video, but I'll get it at other times too.
Any help would be appreciated.

Easiley fix, listen carefully. Open your front door, walk down to the local hardware store, and buy a hammer. than place your laptop on a hard surface. Raise the hammer above your head and swing at the laptop. once this task is complete go and buy a new laptop :)
