A couple of days ago my screen started to flicker so I changed my Screen refresh rate from 60 Hertz to 85. I thought this would solve the problem but then it would still occasionally flicker. It's been abit over 4 years using this monitor.
So, my question is if there is another way to fix this? I also heard/read that dust within the monitor might cause this problem and that if I clean it then it lengthen the use of the monitor?

One thing to look at, if this started recently, is electrical interference. Have you started using any new appliances around this monitor recently?

Sorry for the late reply, holiday and such...
Anyways, I haven't installed any new appliances.
The flicker occasionally happens.. like. One day it would flicker every few minutes then the next it wouldn't flicker.
