Hi i'm new to the forum, i'm looking for solution for one strange problem

Computer boot up with no picture and without beep sound, after 10-15 min black screen picture show up and everything is fine, afterwards i hit restart and there is no problem, then i turn of computer and boot again also everything is ok. But when i turn off and wait 15-20 min the same problem no picture on boot. And aslo when picture come everything is fine and after 30 min inactivity, monitor turn off and when i move the mouse the picture show up after 5-10 min.

The grafic card is replaced before 4-5 mounts ATI HD 5450, i don't know is this psu problem or ram or motherboard problem, i dont think that there is problem with graphic card.

dya have an anti virus installed?
try reinstalling os.
lemme know if this works
