Today i was using my laptop as usual, then i shut down it, which was successful then i tried to open laptop again and this time my laptop didnt start up, i tried to start direct by taking battery out it didnt work, also i hold start button till 30 sec nothing happened, no lights are on. Please help what should i do. Please

Have you checked the condition of the power adapter? Some have a little light an them to tell you that it is powered. Are there any cracks, or splits, or other type of damage in the cable?
When the power connector is plugged into the laptop, does it feel loose, wobble? If it does then you will need to replace the connecter inside the laptop.
