Hi, I have a Dell Inspiron 2200, and it seems to be malfunctioning. Every time I seem to lean my hand on the left side, the PC seems to idle, the sound gets cut like every 3 seconds and then resumes, I thought it was only the audio but it's all the PC, I tried moving the mouse pointer and it idles too. This happens when I press slightly on the left side, which means it happens almost every time I write something, even right now! I used to lift it from that left side a couple of times, but not all the time. What could be wrong? Thanks in advance.

You could be squishing the hard drive. Im not sure where it is located, but it is likely the case.
