So my PC runs fine and boots Everytime but if I touch the top of the tower my monitor says no input until I soft reset it then it boots again no problem. But every time I touch the top it does this again. I know the monitor is good I've tried multiple and it does the same thing I'm hooked up through hdmi. Also everything inside the case (fans, CPU etc. ) Seems to still run when the display stops

What the Reverend Jim said. Also, have you checked the HDMI cable? What if you connect via VGA (I assume your system has a VGA connector)?
