Hello i was wondering if someone can help me i am using roxio easy media creator 8 to burn dvds to disc - i tried two times to burn a movie and both times failed. i have now lost around ten gigabytes of space on my hard drive and can not find any files that use that much space, i think the program has saved them somewhere as a partially converted file.

I have successfully used this program many times, and it has never failed and caused me to lose storage on my hard drive.

Please would you be able to provide me with any information as to where you think these files could have possibly been saved to?

Hmmm....have you looked all about the Roxio Program Files folder?

My guess is that its in there. :)
