I just got hold of a Celeron 466mhz. I was thinking of selling it but I would like to test it first. I was going to test it in my server which has an Asus P2B-F motherboard will it see my Celeron 466mhz. I have a sloket (sp?) adapter for it.

The PIII Celeron works fine with the BX chipset--they were made for each other. As long as the adapter is of good quality, add a decent heatsink and you could be able to push it to 600 MHz or more, no problem. Just bumping the FSB to 75 MHz could get you a decent bump-up in speed--if you kept it.
