Ignore the topic of this thread. I literally didn't know what to call it. What everyday thing will seem primitive in 20 years? Steering wheels on cars? Or how about pens?

2025 calendars. Maybe not tomorrow, but soon. At least until 2053.

OK. On a more serious note, how about internal combustion engines?

And maybe the current state of dentistry once they figure out how to regrow enamel and even entire teeth. And possibly transplants once they start growing replacement organs. Remember that scene in Star Trek IV where McCoy gives a dialysis patient a pill to grow a new kidney?
