Guys I am trying to install the utilities and drivers for winfast 2000 xp tv turner card because the tv in my pc plays but there is no audio...

the sofware gives an option to select drivers and utilities for different programmes including winfast xp tv turner card but requires that i use a remote to select...my remote works well on my pc but does not respond to the software on the pc screen

do u know which button i can press or what i need to do?

please help

Have you reviewed the manual, updates, and other info at the manufacturers web site... and looked for driver and install updates?
