Hi all. My dvd/rw will burn to a disc but when i put any disc genuine or burned in, it tells me what the title is but will not open to play. I tried a new burner and that does the same. When i put my old cd/rw in that opens the file and plays. Please any help. Thanks in advance

turned out to be a duff ide cable replaced with a new one and up and running again.
