I think your hard drive is going to die. Backup all your important files while it's still starting to windows. One more option is disable or turn off SMART drive feature in the bios. See if this helps.

It's a good thing to back-up your data, but try replacing the HDD cable check if it will help...make sure there is no loss connection on the HDD to mobo..
