Whenever i try to go to a site on Internet Explorer or Search, system restore, help etc... i get a blank screen i tried in Safe Mode and Non-Save Mode but the same thing. I use Microsoft Windows XP SP2.

Close IE & re open see if this resolves your issue.

If not goto Microsoft and grab Anti Spyware and give it a run on your machine.
