Well, I am back to work at the school and am in need of assistance.

When I turn on the comptuer, I get an error message: (Check the pic)
Any idea what this is a result of?
I did just get rid of a lot of spyware that was on the computer. Maybe this is something that was part of both an application and the spyware?
