Is there a replacement for linuxconf in the new distros of RedHat?

Thanks.

Linuxconf can be installed manually (download from rpmfind.net). To the best of my knowledge, it comes with the RedHat 7.3 distro. However, it doesn't come with the Redhat 8 or Redhat 9 distros. In these two new versions, redhat uses its own new wacky config system (redhat-config-printers, redhat-config-network, redhat-config-......) where each configuration tool is an individual application. I successfully was able to download linuxconf from rpmfind.net and install it on Redhat 8. I have yet to try on Redhat 9 but I see no reason why this won't work so long as all of the dependencies are installed.

Yes I did get linuxconf working, its a great help now!

That reminds me. I need to do that. Managing these different GUI interfaces is a pain, especially when the convenience of linuxconf was great even when remote.
