I have recently upgraded from Jaguar to Panther, and then upgraded to 10.3.5. Prior to upgrading when I single clicked on an EPS icon in the Finder I got a preview of what the file looked like and the file extension icon was that of a Photoshop, Freehand, Illustrator etc. EPS.

Does anyone know how I can get my EPS's to look like they used too?

Peter

Hey Peter,

If you have Photoshop, Freehand or Illustrator, you can simply do a "Show Information". Click on the file and hit 'Apple-i'.

You will see the 'Open with' drop-down. Select your favorite app. Here I chose Illustrator. Then hit "Change All..."

Hehe... as you can see I got a little carried away and made an image of the whole trick.

Hope this helps!
