I have a few Macs in my group that fail to print to PDF using Acrobat's Distiller 7 driver. On these Macs, I can save as PDF from the print dialog, but have to be able to print to PDF for workflows. Upgrading to Acrobat 8 solves the issue, but we have to stay at 7 for a few months still. These Macs had the same issue when using CS2.

Print to PostScript ( .ps ) using an Laserwriter Driver, and give the Destiller a PS file.
