Hi Dudes,
The thing is, I have installed Windows 7.00 as a separate partition on via Boot Camp. Now before, in Vista, MacDrive could access my Mac OS partition and read/write
But in Windows 7, they havent updated their software. It gives errors on compatibilty without even starting the installer. Then thanks to some googling, I found a Easy MSI Editor and changed the installation file and made it installable. But even after installed, I still cant see the drive. Before, it was easily seen on My Computer.
Appreciate it if any one could help, or suggest some other method

So the fact that it wasn't even installable without hacking the .msi doesn't hint that maybe it's not supported on Windows 7 yet? Windows 7 is still a beta, don't expect too much from it.

And wait for a new release of MacDrive and Windows 7 support. And consider switching to Mac and MacOS :)
