I have a user is using MS Entourage on his MAC and connect to Exchange server but He always have a problem that frequently the system prompt and ask him to login again...
Is there anyone know or have simliar issue which can share with me?
Anything where i can check about the timeout?

Hey,
Disregard my earlier post, I solved this issue for a user yesterday. The problem was with the saved password in the login keychain. Delete the old login keychain file and allow the system to recreate a new one.
Do this by:
Navigate: to applications/utilities/keychain access
1. click on the exchange keychain login password on the right.
2. Then go to the tool bar, click on edit-then delete.
3. Relaunch Entourage, the put in the password when prompt, click on retaining password in keychain tab, bellow password field.
4. Then test to see if it keeps login off and prompting for a password..
