How would you change the color profile for your display accross the entire system and change all the users color profile to the same one.

I have a samsung 913t and its at samsungs profile, i want the apple rgb profile. I changed it on ever user seperately but it sometimes changes back when I log onto other accounts, seems random. Anyway to change it system wide?
