I had to reinstall 10.2.4 over my previous 10.2.8. Now I can't run safari and downloads to update itunes and the OS to 10.2.8 won't run from the installer programme..

Anyone suggest how to get out of this? My kids can't live without the itunes store.:confused:

Does Internet Explorer work? Does nothing work?

I'm not completely sure, but you could try manually transferring the 10.2.8 update onto your Mac. Or, you could backup your data, and then do a complete reformat/reinstall. That would fix it.

Or, you could just upgrade to Tiger. :mrgreen:
